Our story...
Oliu Ottavi is a family tale that begins in eastern Corsica on a 10-hectare olive-growing estate, home to around 3,500 trees. As the family grew, so did their ambitions, and they turned their hand to working with other fruits from their family orchard.
In 2020, Françoise Ottavi embarked on creating vinegars and other delicacies to highlight the finest Corsican products.
Attention to detail goes beyond the ingredients; the packaging and unique bottles even come in collector’s editions.
