1 kg Ottavi brocciu
• 3 eggs
• dried tomatoes
• 1 «Petit pot de vincent»
• Oliu Ottavi olive oil
• Tomato velvet
• Nepita


• Beat the eggs with the brocciu and a pinch of salt.

• Add the sun-dried tomatoes, olives and a tablespoon of olive oil.

• Mix well.

• Pour into a tin and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
